1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via USPS.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping times depend on the USPS service selected at checkout.
• Once an order has been handed over to USPS, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers, or other carrier-related issues.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

3. Refund & Return Policy (Food Products)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Delayed deliveries caused by USPS
• Minor cosmetic variations in product appearance

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for replacement at our sole discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued in cases where we determine there was a verified error on our part.

4. Product Disclaimer

Our fudge is handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in texture, color, or appearance may occur and do not qualify as defects.

Please review ingredient information carefully. We are not responsible for allergic reactions. Products may be produced in facilities that handle nuts, dairy, and other common allergens.

5. Limitation of Liability

Original Mackinac Island Fudge Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
